Genesis comes to Europe. It offers exclusive Genesis Experience services.4. May 2021
Genesis vehicles have not been available in Europe in recent years. These vehicles are mainly intended for the Asian and North American markets. But that will change. Genesis vehicles will also be available in Europe from summer 2021.
Genesis Europe will officially start sales in the summer of 2021 in Switzerland, Germany and the UK. A G80 luxury sedan and a GV80 luxury SUV will be available from the start. The G70, GV70 and the G80 electric vehicle will later be added to the range. Two more electric vehicles will be added next year.
Each vehicle can be bought online or in person in the showrooms in Zurich, Munich and London. For each vehicle, the customer receives an exclusive five-year Genesis Experience package. In practice this means that the customer receives a personal assistant from Genesis who takes care of any service or maintenance problems. It is also available to the customer as a personal contact. All service work and service visits are organized by the Genesis assistant. The assistant then comes to the customer after the vehicle and brings the vehicle back.

The Genesis customer service includes a collection and delivery service for all maintenance and workshop appointments. This also includes the delivery and delivery of the vehicle directly to the front door before and after visits to the workshop. Also included is the Genesis five-year service package, which includes the following:

- Optional rental car
- Over-the-air software and map updates
In addition, each customer is assigned their own contact person, the “Genesis Personal Assistant”, who personally takes care of all service needs. Regardless of whether the purchase was made online or in a showroom, Genesis offers identical and transparent pricing options with no hidden discounts or extra costs. Every customer, regardless of whether they order online or offline, receives exactly the same price options.
